    • Our refund and return policy applies to products purchased directly from Easy Adapted PE website or authorized resellers. If products are bought through Amazon then that refund/return policy applies.

    • The policy covers unused, undamaged, and unaltered products in their original packaging.

  2. Timeframe for Returns:

    • If you wish to return a product, you must notify us within 5 from the date of delivery.

    • The product must be returned to us within 5 from the date of your notification.

  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at Provide your order details and the reason for the return.

    • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  4. Condition of Returned Products:

    • The returned product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

    • Please include all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items that came with the product.

  5. Refund Options:

    • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund.

    • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

    • If the product is eligible for a refund, you may choose between a full refund of the purchase price or a store credit.
