Hello, everyone! This is Sarah Fuller. Today, I wanted to share with you some quick and fun EASY ADAPTED PE activities that I have been doing with my kids. Some of these activities are suitable for kids with walkers or those who have autism or other learning disabilities. I hope you enjoy them! Don't forget to like, subscribe, and leave a comment if you have any requests for future videos.
I recently spoke with one of my professors, Dr. Lauren Lieberman, who has a new book coming out. I made a couple of videos for her about some of the pieces in her book. I highly recommend checking it out!
One of the activities I want to share with you is the Bag of Balloons. All you need is a clear plastic garbage bag with six to ten blown-up balloons inside. Have an aide hold the bag while the kids hit it up in the air. It's a great activity for hand-eye coordination and tracking skills.
Another activity is the Wall Race Warm-Up. You'll need a take-out bucket with a picture of a car and a put-in bucket. The kids grab a car from the take-out bucket, go across the roads on the walls, and put the cards back in the put-in bucket. This activity is perfect for following directions and adding some excitement to your warm-up routine.
I hope you enjoy these activities! As always, please leave a comment if you have any suggestions or requests for future videos. Thank you for watching!
