Simple Adapted PE Warm-Up


For a simple adapted pe education warm-up, start with some light stretches to loosen up the muscles. This can include reaching up to the sky, touching your toes, twisting side to side, and rolling your shoulders. Next, do some low-impact exercises like marching in place, stepping side to side, or doing some light jumping jacks. Lastly, finish off with some deep breathing exercises and a cool down stretch to relax the body. Remember to always listen to your body and adjust the intensity of the exercises as needed.
